摘要
对NaOCl处理的百喜草 (PaspalumnotatumFl櫣gge)作形态学观察 ,发现随浸泡时间的延长 ,其颖片、稃片、果皮及种皮等均有明显变化 ,首次报道果皮、种皮的结构。 0 .5、1hNaOCl浸泡及光条件可提高百喜草发芽率 2 %~ 3% ,效果不明显。
Bahiagrass(Paspalum notatum Flügge) had apparent changes on glume, palea, pericarp and testa after NaOCl immersion. Constraction of its pericarp and testa was reported for the first time. Short time NaOCl immersion (0.5h, 1h) of dry seeds and light condition increased seed germination percentage of bahiagrass by 2%~3%. The result of analysis of variance showed that it had no apparent effects on germination both of NaOCl-treated seeds and the presence or absence of light. Based on experiments and analysis of materials, this paper explores the reasons of low seed germination percentage of bahiagrass.
