杀虫剂对烟蚜及龟纹瓢虫的选择毒杀作用

Selective Toxicity of Insecticides to Myzus persicae (Sulzer) and Propylaes japonica (Thunberg)

8种杀虫剂对烟蚜和龟纹瓢虫的毒力测定和田间试验表明 :吡虫啉对龟纹瓢虫和烟蚜的选择性最高 ,对瓢虫安全 ,且防治效果好 ,其次是抗蚜威和唑蚜威的选择性较高 ;另外 ,硫丹对龟纹瓢虫也具有一定的选择性 ;而灭多威、敌敌畏、杀灭菊酯、氧化乐果对龟纹瓢虫不具选择保护作用 ,在防治烟蚜的同时也会大量伤害瓢虫。

The toxicity of insecticides and field trials showed that imidacloprid was the best in control of Myzus persicae (Sulzer) and not harmful to Propylaes japonica (Thunberg). Selective toxicity indexes of imidacloprid to P. japonica adults and larvaes to M. Persicae were 47.76 and 38.68 respectively. Triaguron and Pirimicard were better insecticides in control of M. persicae. Both selective toxicity indexes ranged from 6.85～11.07, while those of Methomyl, Fenvalerate, Ometholate and Dichlorovs were blow 1, which indicated that these four insecticides had no selective protection to P. japonica.
