摘要 聚合酶链式反应技术自诞生以来 ,已在生物学及相关学科中得到了广泛应用 ,并得以不断的深入和发展。本文就近年来研究和发展出现的一些特殊PCR技术 ,如 :逆转录PCR、反向PCR、定量PCR、锚定PCR、重组PCR、长PCR、热起动PCR、免疫PCR、复合PCR、差向显示PCR等作一简述 ,以供参考。 The technology of Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) has been widely applied to the biological field and other relative subjects since its birth. Now it has been further developed into more and more research fields. The current PCR technologies including Reverse Transcription PCR, Reverse PCR, Quantitative PCR, Anchored PCR, Recombinant PCR, Long PCR, Hot Start PCR, Multiplex PCR, Immuno-PCR, Touchdown PCR and Differential Display Reverse Transcription PCR are introduced in this paper.
