60例肺性高血压的急诊救治分析

Emergency treatment analysis of 60 cases with pulmonary hypertension

目的分析肺性高血压患者的急诊救治，了解肺性高血压的特点，探讨最佳的救治流程。方法选择中国中医科学院广安门医院南区急诊科2010年1月～2011年12月收治的肺性高血压患者60例，回顾性分析其急诊救治情况．对治疗1h及症状缓解后分别与治疗前的临床情况进行比较。结果60例肺性高血压患者治疗后1h及喘憋症状缓解后，口唇发绀减轻，能平卧或半卧位。60例患者其收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、心率（HR）、呼吸频率（R）、血氧饱和度（SpO2）、氧分压（PO2）、二氧化碳分压（PCO2）与治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论肺性高血压的急诊救治流程关键是控制原发性疾病、改善通气功能。

Objective To analyze the emergency treatment of pulmonary hypertension, to explore the characteristic of pulmonary hypertension, to explore the best treatment processes. Methods 60 cases with pulmonary hypertension Southern District of Guang＇anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Science from January 2010 to December 2011 were selected, and the emergency treatment situation was analyzed retrospectively. The clinical situation among 1 hour after the treatment, symptom remission and the beginning of treatment were compared. Results Asthmatic symptoms and cyanosis of all the 60 patients pulmonary hypertension were relieved. The differences of SBP, DBP, heart rate （HR） and respiration （R）, Sp02, PO：, PCO2 before and after the treatment were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The key of emergency treatment process of pulmonary hypertension is the control of primary disease and the improvement of ventilation function.
