参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作患者的效果及对血液流变学的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作患者的效果、安全性及其对血液流变学的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法随机选择延安市人民医院2010年2月~2012年2月的短暂性脑缺血发作患者66例,观察患者在应用参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗前后血液动力学指标及临床症状的变化。结果治疗后,患者的血液流变学指标全血黏度(低切)、细胞聚集指数、血浆黏度、红细胞刚性指数、血细胞比容、红细胞沉降率、红细胞电泳指数[(3.40±0.68)mPa·s、(1.65±0.20)、(1.31±0.18)mPa·s、(4.61±0.36)、(40.6±7.3)%、(21.00±2.42)mm/h、(4.46±0.38)]较治疗前[(4.35±0.92)mPa·s、(3.01±0.26)、(1.54±0.20)mPa·s、(5.68±1.58)、(50.8±8.7)%、(38.00±3.24)mm/h、(5.77±0.28)1得到明显改善;失语、肢体瘫痪、感觉障碍、视觉异常、复视、眩晕等发作次数也明显减少;66例患者中治愈40例,基本治愈21例,总有效率为92.42%,恶化5例;治疗后患者血液流变学指标与治疗前有明显改善,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01);临床症状与治疗前相比也有明显的改善,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液能有效改善短暂性脑缺血发作患者的血液流变学,提高患者的治愈率,安全有效,值得临床广泛推广应用。 Objective To discuss the curative effect of Salviae Mihiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection in treating transient ischemic attack and its effect of hemorheology, and to provide the reference for the clinical treatment. Methods 66 patients from February 2010 to February 2012 in Yan'an People's Hospital were randomly selected, all the patients were treated with Salviae Mihiorrhizae liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection, the clinical symptoms and hemodynamic were observed before and after treatment. Results The patient's blood rheology indexes of hemorheology blood viscosity (low shear), cell aggregation index, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte rigidity index, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, red cell electrophoresis index after treatment [(3.40±0.68) mPa·s, (1.65±0.20), (1.31±0.18) mPa·s, (4.61±0.36), (40.6± 7.3) %, (21.00±2.42) mm/h, (4.46±0.38)] were obviously improved than before treatment [(4.35±0.92) mPa.s, (3.01±0.26), (1.54±0.20), (5.68±1.58) mPa· s, (50.8±8.7) %, (38.00±3.24) mm/h, (5.77±0.28)], the occurrence rate of aphasia, acroparalysis, sensory dysfunction, abnormal vision, diplopia, dizziness reduced obviously, 40 cases were cured of 66 cases, 21 cases were basically cured, the total efficiency was 92.42%, 5 cases deterioration. The hemorheology after treatment were significantly improved, the difference was highly statistically significant (P 〈 0.01), the clinical symptoms after treatment was also significantly improved, the difference was highly statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydroehloride and Glucose Injection can effectively improve hemorheology of patients with dynamic transient cerebral isehemia, improve the cure rate, safe and effective, worthy of clinical application.
