他汀类药物联合普罗布考治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果分析

The effect analysis of statins combined with Probucol in the treament of ischemic stroke

目的探讨他汀类药物联合普罗布考治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果。方法回顾性分析辽宁省盘锦市辽河油田总医院2010年4月-2013年5月缺血性脑卒中患者200例的临床资料，依据治疗措施不同进行临床随机分组，对照组（阿司匹林治疗）和观察组（瑞舒伐他汀联合普罗布考治疗），每组各100例。观察两组缺血性脑卒中患者性别构成比例、年龄分布情况、治疗前后总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）情况、临床疗效情况及不良反应发生率、复发率情况。结果两组缺血性脑卒中患者性别构成比例、年龄分布、治疗前TC、TG、HDL—C、LDL—C的差异均无统计学意义（χ2=0．32，t=0．75、0．15、0．87、0．88、0．44，均P〉0．05），治疗后观察组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL—C、临床疗效情况及不良反应发生率、复发率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（t=7．73、11．77、7．07、11．16、χ2=17．39、6．88、3．64，均P〈0．05）。结论瑞舒伐他汀联合普罗布考治疗缺血性脑卒中，临床疗效明显，安全性高，复发率低，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of statins combined with Probucol in the treament of ischemic stroke. Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with ischemic stroke from April 2010 to May 2013 in Liaohe Oilfield General Hospital were analyzed retrospectively, which was randomly divided into control group （treated with Aspirin treatment） and observation group （treated with Rosuvastatin combined with Probucol） according to the different treatment, with 100 cases in each group. The gender composition, age distribution, total cholesterol （TC）, triacylglycerol （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） before and after treatment, the clinical curative effect, the rate of adverse reaction and recurrence were observed. Results The gender composition, age distribution of ischemic stroke patients, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C of two groups before treatment had no statistically significant differences （ χ2 = 0.32, t = 0.75, 0.15, 0.87, 0.88, 0.44, all P 〉 0.05）, the TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, clinical curative effect, the rate of adverse reaction and recurrence of observation group after treatment were better than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant （t = 7.73, 11.77, 7.07, 11.16, X2 = 17.39, 6.88, 3.64, all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with Probucol have an obviously clinical effect in treatment of ischemic stroke, which has high safety, low recurrence rate and it is worthy of clinical application.
