摘要
"双师型"护理师资队伍的建设是提高教学质量、培养应用型护理人才的关键。采用院校联合、统一管理的模式,通过严把师资资格准入关、对教师进行有计划、有针对性、多途径的全面培训、培养、坚持合理的人才引进、严格的定期考评、营造"双师型"护理师资队伍建设的良好氛围等措施,有效提高了专、兼职教师的理论授课水平、临床实际工作能力和临床教学能力,建立了一支专兼结合、结构较为合理的高素质"双师型"护理师资队伍。
Constructing the nursing teaching staff with "double-quality" is the key of improving the quality of teaching and training applied nursing talents. Adopt the mode of hospital-college association and unified management, and create a good atmosphere to construct "double-quality" nursing faculty by maintaining a strict standard in teacher recruitment, can'ying out some planned, targeted and comprehensive training and cultivation, reasonably bringing in talents and strictly making regular evaluation. Those have effectively improved the theory teaching level, clinical practice ability and clinical teaching ability of both full-time and part-time teachers, and a highly qualified "double-quality" nursing teaching staff which combine full-time and part-time With quite reasonable structure have been established.
