体外冲击波对大鼠冈上肌腱止点损伤重建后腱-骨愈合进程的影响 被引量:4

The influence of extracorporeal shock wave on tendon-bone junction healing process after reconstruction of rat supraspinatus tissue.

摘要 目的研究体外冲击波能否促进大鼠冈上肌腱止点重建后腱-骨界面的愈合进程。方法将健康雄性SD大鼠(35只)随机分为干预组(体外冲击波,16只))和对照组(16只),剩余大鼠备用。建立冈上肌腱止点重建动物模型后,干预组(冲击波)术后次日始,予以冲击波连续治疗7d,1次/d;对照组不接受冲击波治疗。于术后7、14、28、56d分别取4只大鼠损伤重建侧肱骨头标本,行不脱钙切片、染色(HE)、镜下观察(200x),比较两组各时间点腱-骨交界区组织结构变化趋势。结果干预组腱-骨界面愈合过程较对照组快2~4周。结论体外冲击波可加快大鼠冈上肌止点重建后腱-骨交界区组织愈合进程。 Objective To study whether extracorporeal shock wave (ESW) can promote tendon-bone healing process after rat supraspinatus insertion reconstruction or not. Methods Healthy male SD rats (35 cases) were randomly assigned to the intervention group (ESW, 16 cases), control group (16 cases) and the remaining rats(reserved). After the establishment of animals model for supraspinatus tendon reconstruction, the intervention group(ESW) was given ESWT (extracorporeal shock wave therapy) on the next day after surgery, with continuous treatment one time a day for 7 days; the control group was not given ESWT. Both groups were sacrificed at 5^th, 14^th, 28^th, 56^th day after surgery and cutted reconstruction lateral humeral head specimen respectively. The specimens were dyed (undecalcified slices, HE), and observed on microscope (200x), compared changing trend of tendon-bone junction organizational structure of the two sets in each time points. Results The healing process of tendon-bone of intervention group was 2-4 weaks quicker than that of the control group. Conclusion The ESWT can accelerate the tendon-bone junction healing process after reconstruction tissue on rat supraspinatus.
