七氟醚静吸复合麻醉在小儿手术中的应用价值

The application value of sevoflurane intravenous and inhalation anesthesia in pediatric surgery

目的探讨七氟醚静吸复合麻醉在小儿手术中的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的80例行手术治疗的4～15岁患儿，将其随机平均分为丙泊酚复合芬太尼全静脉麻醉组（A组）和七氟醚静吸复合麻醉组（B组）。记录两组患儿手术过程中血流动力学改变及术后麻醉的恢复情况。结果两组患儿均能较快实现诱导麻醉，但B组患儿心率影响较小，更稳定，且在觉醒时间、拔管时间、意向力复原时间、麻醉恢复室停留时间等方面都短于A组（P〈0．05）。结论七氟醚静吸复合麻醉术中患儿血液循环稳定，术后清醒快，值得在小儿手术中推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of sevoflurane intravenous and inhalation anesthesia in pediatric surgery. Methods 80 cases of pediatric patients aged from 4 to 15 years treated in our hospital were selected and＂ randomly divided into propofol combined with fentanyl total intravenous anesthesia group（group A） and sevoflurane intra- venous and inhalation anesthesia（group B）.Hemodynamic changes during surgery and postoperative recovery from anes- thesia of pediatric patients in the two groups were recorded. Results Though the pediatric patients of the two groups were all realized fast induction of anesthesia,patients＇ heart rate were less affected and were more stable in group B, and group B had shorter awakening time,extubation time,intention recovery time,PACU stay etc.than that of group A （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sevoflurane intravenous and inhalation anesthesia guarantees the pediatric patients with intraoperative blood circulation stability and rapid postoperative awaken time,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application with wildly use in pediatric surgery.
