摘要
目的分析新生儿手足抽搐症患儿血清中钙、镁离子的测定结果。方法选取2010年3月～2013年3月本院338例新生儿手足抽搐症患儿作为观察组，同期选取338例健康新生儿作为对照组。分析比较两组新生儿血清钙、镁离子测定结果。结果观察组患儿血清中的钙、镁离子含量均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论新生儿手足抽搐症患儿血清中的钙、镁离子含量偏低。
Objective To analyze the determination results of serum calcium and magnesium ions of neonatal tetany patients. Methods 338 cases of neonatal tetany patients treated in our hospital from 2010 March to 2013 March as the observation group,at the same time another 338 healthy newborns were selected as control group.The determination results of serum calcium and magnesium ions in neonatal tetany were analyzed. Results The content of serum calcium and magnesium ions in observation group were all lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The content of serum calcium and magnesium ions of neonatal tetany is low.
