电视胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing in the video-assisted thoracoscopy radical resection of lung cancer

目的探讨电视胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的围术期护理方法。方法选择本院2010年1月～2012年12月收治的60例肺癌患者，根据治疗方法的不同将其分成电视胸腔镜肺癌根治术组（观察组）和传统开胸手术组（对照组）各30例，并分别实施相应的围术期护理，比较两组术中出血量、手术时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症等情况。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术，两组患者在术中出血量、手术时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症等方面比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论实施规范化围术期护理是开展电视胸腔镜下肺癌根治术、促进患者顺利康复的重要保证。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing method of in the video-assisted thoracoscopy radical resection of lung cancer. Methods 60 patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected and divided into video-assisted thoracoscopy radical resection of lung cancer group（observation group） and conventional thoracotomy group （control group）,with 30 cases in each group,and they were given periopera- rive nursing respectively.The intraoperative blood loss,operative time,hospitalization time after surgery and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared. Results All the patients in the two groups were successfully completed surgery,there were statistical differences between the two groups in the aspect of intraoperative blood loss, operative time, hospitalization time after surgery and postoperative complications （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The standardization of perioperative nursing is the guarantee for carrying lung cancer and promoting patients recover smoothly. out the video-assisted thoracoscopy radical resection of
