骨科患者压疮的影响因素分析及护理对策

Analysis the influence factors and its nursing countermeasures of pressure ulcer patients in department of orthopedics

本文探讨了骨科患者发生压疮的影响因素,认为护理人员、患者及护理管理方法均是导致压疮发生的重要因素,应对上述因素进行针对性干预,而提升护理人员的综合素质、改进对患者及其家属的健康指导及强化护理管理干预是防止骨科患者发生压疮的重要前提,应给予充分重视。

The study investigated the influence factors of pressure ulcer of patients in department of orthopedics,the research showed that the factors of nursing staff, factors of patients and factors of nursing management are all the impor- tant influence factors for the incidence of pressure ulcers,so those factors should be paid to targeted intervention.so the improvement of comprehensive quality of nursing staff, health guidance of patients and family members and strength of nursing management are the important premise for the improvement of pressure ulcers,so they should be paid to enough attention.
