摘要 以2-甲基-6-苯基-3-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5,7-二羟基吡唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶为原料,经三氯氧磷氯代得到2-甲基-6-苯基-3-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5,7-二氯吡唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶,氯代物再与胺类化合物经取代反应氨化得到12个未见文献报道的7-取代-3,6-二芳基取代吡唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶类衍生物。目标化合物结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、元素分析及单晶X射线衍射法表征。 Twelve new 7-substituted-3, 6-diarylpyrazolo [ 1,5-a ] pyrimidines were synthesized by the aminizations of the derivatives of 5,7-dichloro-3-( 2,4-dichlorophenyl ) -2-methyl-6-phenylpyrazolo [ 1,5-a ] pyrimidine. These derivatives were prepared by the reaction of 3-( 2, 4-dichlorophenyl )-2-methyl-6- phenylpyrazolo[ 1,5-a] pyrimidine-5,7-diol and phosphorus oxychloride. The products were characterized by IR, l H NMR, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.
