Synthesis and Bioactivity of Diflumetorim

摘要 [目的]氟嘧菌胺(diflumetorim)是由日本宇部兴产公司和日产公司共同开发的新型嘧啶类杀菌剂,为了研究其杀菌活性,对其合成方法进行了探索并进行了生物活性测定。[方法]以乙酰乙酸乙酯和4-羟基苯丙酮为起始原料经过6步反应合成目标化合物氟嘧菌胺,其结构经核磁验证。[结果]生物活性测定结果表明该化合物在较低剂量下对黄瓜霜霉病和小麦白粉病防治效果优异。 [Aims] Diflumetorim, a novel fungicide was developed by Ube Industries Ltd. in co-operation with Nissan Chemical Industries Ltd. In order to study its fungicidal activity, the synthetic method and fungicidal bioassays were explored. [Methods] Diflumetorim was synthesized through six steps from ethyl acetoacetate and 4-hydroxypropiophenone, and its structure was confirmed by 'H NMR. [Results] The test results of biological activity showed that diflumetorim exhibited excellent fungicidal activity against cucumber downy mildew and wheat powdery mildew at low doses.
