Analysis of Quinoxyfen 25% SC by HPLC

摘要 [目的]利用高效液相色谱仪测定25%苯氧喹啉悬浮剂有效成分含量。【方法】采用的色谱条件为ODS C18不锈钢柱,紫外可见光检测器,检测波长235nrn,以乙腈-水(体积比75:25)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min。【结果】外标法对制剂中的苯氧喹啉进行定量分析,在50.6-253mg/L范围内峰面积与有效成分质量浓度呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为99.68%,测定出该分析方法的标准偏差为0.085,变异系数为0.34%。【结论】该分析方法简单易行,可用于生产质检中的产品含量检测。 [Aims] Effective components of quinoxyfen 25% SC was analysised by HPLC. [Methods] The method was conducted with a Eclipse ODS C18 and a UV detector at 235 nm, using acetonitrile and water(75 : 25, by vol) as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. [Results] Quantitative analysis of quinoxyfen SC was carried out using external standard method. The result showed that the good linear relationship for quinoxyfen within the range of 50.6-253 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999. The average recovery was 99.68%, the standard deviation was 0.085, the variation coefficient was 0.34%. [Conclusions] This analysis method was easy and practicable, which would be used as content analysising in the quality checking of production.
