摘要 【目的】评价2甲4氯钠在玉米上使用的安全性,建立其使用规范。【方法】样品采用酸碱调节pH值混合溶剂提取,层析柱净化,高效液相色谱VWD检测器进行检测,外标法定量。[结果]在植株和土壤中半衰期分别为1.4-2.7、1.8-4.8d;检测的玉米籽粒、玉米植株及土壤中2甲4氯钠的残留量均低于0.05mg/kg。[结论】结合日本和欧盟在玉米上2甲4氯钠最大残留限量,拟推荐我国2甲4氯钠在玉米和玉米秸秆上的最大残留限量为0.1mg/kg。 [Aims] It was to evaluate the safety and establish the regular use of MCPA-sodium in corn field. [Methods] Samples were extracted by mixed solvent of acid and alkali adjusting pH and purified by chromatography- column, detected by high performance liquid chromatography-VWD, and quantified by external standard method. [Results] The half-lives of MCPA-sodium in corn plant and soil were 1.4-2.7 and 1.8-4.8 d, respectively. The total residue of MCPA-sodium in corn seed, plant and soil were less than 0.05 mg/kg. [Conclusions] Combined with MCPA-sodium MRLs on corn of Japan and European Union, the recommended MRL for MCPA- sodium in corn and corn plant should be 0.1 mg/kg in China.
