甲基硫菌灵及其代谢产物对2种非靶标生物的急性毒性和安全评价 被引量:6

Advance of Research on Toxicology and Safety Evaluation of Thiophanate- methyl and Its Metabolite to Two Kinds of Non-target Organisims

摘要 [目的]以赤眼蜂和斑马鱼为试材,测定甲基硫菌灵及其代谢产物多菌灵的急性毒性并对其进行安全评价。[方法]分别通过指形管药膜法和半静态法测定甲基硫菌灵及其代谢产物多菌灵的急性毒性并对其进行安全评价。[结果]甲基硫菌灵和多菌灵对玉米螟赤眼蜂(T.ostriniae)成蜂的LC50(24 h)分别为>5 000、14.86 mg/L,甲基硫菌灵和多菌灵对斑马鱼的LC50(96 h)分别为52.74、>100 mg/L。[结论]根据风险性等级划分标准,甲基硫菌灵和多菌灵对玉米螟赤眼蜂分别为低风险性和高风险性,而两者对斑马鱼均为低毒,前者毒性略高于后者。 [Aims] In this paper, the toxicity of thiophanate-methyl and its metabolite carbendazim to Tdchogramma ostriniae and Brachydanio rerio were detected. [Methods] The toxicity of thiophanate-methyl and its metabolite carbendazim to T. ostdniae and B. redo were detected by contact method with finger tube and the semi-static method in the laboratory respectively, meanwhile their safety evaluation was made. [Results] To the adult T. ostdniae, LC^0 (24 h) of thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim were 〉5 000, 14.86 mg/L, at the same time, LCso (96 h) to B. rerio were 52.74 and 〉100 mg/L respectively. [Conclusions] To the adult T. ostdniae, according to toxicity scope compartmentalized before, thiophanate-methyl belongs to low toxicity grade while carbendazim belongs to high. But they were both had low toxicity to B. redo. The research provided the scientific basis for the safety and rational use of the pesticides.
