摘要
[目的]优选出夏大豆田防治暗黑鳃金龟幼虫的有效药剂。[方法]播种期施药后15、30 d采用罩网接虫法分别对5种化学制剂和3种真菌制剂的防治效果进行比较分析。[结果]30%毒死蜱微囊悬浮剂和48%毒死蜱乳油的防治效果均在90%以上,20亿孢子/g白僵菌粉剂施药后15 d接虫为90.83%,施药后30 d为68.02%。[结论]播种期施药防治夏大豆田暗黑鳃金龟幼虫,毒死蜱效果明显好于辛硫磷,白僵菌明显好于绿僵菌,微囊悬浮剂剂型可明显延长杀虫剂的持效期。
[Aims] The paper aims to select the effective pesticide to control the Larvae of Holotrichiaparallela in summer soybean field. [Methods] The control efficacies of 5 chemicals and 3 ftmgal reagents were tested by covering network and artificial inoculation after application of 15 and 30 days. [Results] The results indicated that the control efficacy of chlorpyrifos 30% SC and chlorpyrifos 48% EC were both more than 90%. The control efficacy of Beauveria bassiana powder (2×10^7 spores/g) was 90.83% for 15 days and 68.02% for 30 days after treatment, respectively. [Conclusions] The results of control efficacies showed that chlorpyrifos was better than phoxim and B. bassiana was better than Metarhizium anisopliae. Aqueous capsule suspension could prolong the effective duration of insecticides.
