Study on solid phase extraction of gold from alkaline cyanide solution with cetytrimethyl ammonium bromide

摘要 在碱性介质中,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)与Au(CN)2-生成离子缔合物,该离子缔合物可被反相键合硅胶固相萃取柱萃取、富集,富集的离子缔合物可用乙醇洗脱,洗脱液经处理后用分光光度法测定,反相键合硅胶固相萃取柱不被破坏而且可重复使用。方法用于从碱性氰化液中高富集倍数固相萃取痕量金,萃取回收率可超过98%。 Cetytrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) can react with Au (CN)2 ^- to form the ionic complex and the compound can be extracted quantitatively. At the same time, it can be enriched highly by a solid phase extraction column of reversed phase bonded silica gel. Therefore, we proposed a new method of extracting gold with high enrichment multiple. In alkaline media, the surfactant (CTMAB) can react with Au(CN) 2- to form the ionic complex, which can be extracted and enriched on the solid phase extraction column. What enriched by the solid phase extraction column can be eluted by ethanol and gold in the eluent can be determined with spectrophotometry. The solid phase extraction column is not easily damaged and it can be repeatedly used. The method has been used to extract trace amounts of gold from alkaline cyanide solution, and the recoveries of gold is higher than 98% under the optimal experimental conditions.
