Determination of six aromatic components in blending liquor by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 建立了同时测定配制酒中6种常见芳香物质(苯甲醇、β-苯乙醇、苯甲醛、苯乙酮、丁香醛、肉桂醛)的高效液相色谱法。样品稀释后,用HLB固相柱萃取净化,甲醇洗脱。采用ZobaxSB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5.0μm),以甲醇和水作为流动相,梯度洗脱。在1.0—20.0mg/L质量浓度范围内线性相关良好,线性相关系数彤大于0.9998。各组分回收率在87.0%~105.6%之间,相对标准偏差为0.3%~2.1%。 A High performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the simultaneous determination of six aromatic components including benzylalcohol, β-phenylethanol, benzaldehyde, acetophenone, syringaldehyde and einnamaldehyde in blending liquor. After diluted, samples were purified on a HLB SPE column and eluted by methanol six aromatic components were separated on a Zobax SB-C18 Column (4.6 × 150 mm,5.0 μm)by a gradient elution with methanol and water. The recoveries were from 87.0% to 105.6% with the RSDs between 0. 3% and 2. 1%. Good linearity was obtained for the six components in the concentration range of 1.0 mg/L - 20. 0 mg/L with the linear correlation coefficients more than 0. 9998.
