摘要
建立了测定淀粉及淀粉制品中顺惯丁烯二酸含量的离子色谱分析方法。样品经提取后,采用IonPac AS116阴离子分析柱进行分离,电导检测器进行检测。在最佳条件下,目标化合物质量浓度在0.01-0.2mg/mL的范围内线性相关系数r为0.9999。对样品进行添加回收,目标化合物在淀粉及淀粉制品中的平均回收率分别为83.4%~90.7%,77.0%~88.1%,相对标准偏差分别为3.7%-6.3%,4.2%~5.5%。方法可用于淀粉及淀粉制品中顺丁烯二酸含量的分析。
A method for the determination of maleic acid in starch products by ion chromatography was developed. The samples were separated on a IonPac AS16 anion analysis column after extraction, then detected by conductivity detector. Under the optimal test conditions, the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 01 - 0. 2 mg/mL, and the correlation coeficient was 0. 9999. The average recoveries of maleic acid in starch and starch products were 83. 4% -90. 7% and 77. 0% -88. 1%. and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 3.7% -6. 3% and 4. 2% -5. 5% respectively. The method is simple, rapid and suitable for the determination of maleic acid in starch products.
