系统保留盆腔自主神经广泛性子宫切除术(SNSRH)可改善广泛性子宫切除术术后的盆腔器官功能障碍,但由于手术难度大,辨认神经困难,存在一定的失败率和临床无效率。文章通过文献复习同时结合笔者的经验,总结术中和术后判断神经成功保留的方式,为临床起到一定的指导作用。
