治疗早期宫颈癌的手术方式经过了"广泛性子宫切除术、保留盆腔自主神经广泛性子宫切除术、系统保留盆腔自主神经广泛性子宫切除术"的演变。但目前对以上术式及其相关解剖的名称应用混乱,文章对这些名词进行了合理解释。
