日粮蛋白质水平对梅花鹿某些相关血液指标及鹿茸营养成分的影响

Effects of Different Dietary Protein Levels on Some Relative Blood Indexes and Antler Nurtients in Sika Deer

选取 24头健康梅花公鹿,随机分为三组,进行不同日粮蛋白质水平( 12%, 16%, 20%)的梯度饲养试验.结果表明,日粮蛋白质水平对血清尿素氮浓度影响显著,随着日粮蛋白质水平的提高,血清尿素氮浓度显著升高( P<0.01)；；日粮蛋白质水平对血液胰岛素、血糖、血氨、三碘甲状原氨酸、甲状腺素以及鹿茸中蛋白质、脂肪等含量均无显著影响(P>0． 05).

Twenty－ four,4 year－ old sika deer of similar body weight and age were randomly allocated into 3 groups,to determine the effect of dietary protein(12% ,16% and20% )levels on Relative Blood Indexes and Antler Nutrients. Dietary protein level had significant effects on serum urea N(P<0.01).As dietary protein level increased.serum concentrations of urea N increased with apositive linear regression:SUN(mg/100ml)=2.25+1.0075x,(r=0.9999,n=24). Dietary protein level had no effrct on serum concentrations of blood glucose,blood ammonia,triiodkthyronine(T3)and thyroxine(T4)and the general nutrients (Protein,organic matter,crude fatty)of the sika deer antler.
