摘要
介绍了一种多断面方坯连铸机二冷喷淋系统设计优化策略。通过对二冷喷淋系统的相关设备进行设计优化后,连铸机的更换铸坯断面时间降低到约10 h,生产准备时间降低到约0.5 h;同时,有效地解决了铸坯质量差、设备检修困难及漏钢等问题。为同类型的连铸机二冷喷淋系统改造或设计提供了实践经验。
An optimization design method about the secondary coo[ing spray system o~ multi-slab billet caster was described. By the way of optimization design, spending only 10 h on exchange slabs and 30 rain on ready for production. And it effectively solves the problem of poor quality of the slab, difficult equipment maintenance and breakout. The optimization design method provides hands-on experience for the reform or design of the same type of casting secondary cooling spray system.
