摘要
为了消除氟的危害,在低碳包晶钢用结晶器保护渣中添加Li2O、BaO、B2O3等低熔点助熔物质,取代氟的使用。当保护渣碱度为1.04时,熔点为1 170.8℃,结晶温度为1 159.3℃,使得无氟保护渣研制成功。
In order to eliminate the hazards of fluoride, the low melting point and boos- ting substances of Li2O, BaO, B2O3 were added into the low carbon peritectic steel mold powder replaced fluoride. When basicity is 1.04, the meh:ing point of the mold power is 1 170.8℃, the crystallization temperature of it is only 1 159. 3 ℃. It makes fluorine- free mold power successfully developed.
