实习带教护士年资对大专护生批判性思维的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨不同年资的临床带教护士对实习大专护生评判性思维的影响。方法方便取样法选取在1所三甲医院实习的125名大专护生,按带教护士年资分组,比较其实习前后批判性思维能力得分。结果大专护生实习后批判性思维能力得分有所提高,带教护士年资〉6年组的得分高于其他2组。结论临床带教护士年资在6年以上时,对大专护生批判性思维能力的促进最为明显,可以作为选择临床带教的标准之一。
