理工科院校师范生专业能力培养现状及对策——以常熟理工学院为例

The Present Situation and the Countermeasures of Normal Students' Professional Abilities in Colleges of Science and Technology: A Case Study of Changshu Institute of Technology

结合目前师范生培养现状,就如何提高理工科院校师范生教师专业能力加以探讨,借以寻找提高师范生培养质量的契机。从工作实际出发,以常熟理工学院师范生培养及其就业现状为例,进行初步的分析探讨,以期得到提高理工科院校师范生专业能力方面的启示,更好地推进师范生的培养。

Combined with the present situation of teachers training, this paper discusses how to improve science and technology college students in their normal professional abilities, so as to find an opportunity to improve the quality of students. Based on the actual work, the authors of the paper make a preliminary analysis of the students training and employment status in Changshu Institute of Technology, in order to get some advice for science and technology colleges to cultivate the students in their professional abilities, and to promote the cultivation of the stu- dents.
