摘要
利用 8 35 50型氨基酸分析仪对梅花鹿血及发酵梅花鹿血酒的氨基酸含量进行了分析测定 ,结果表明 ,二者均含有 1 7种氨基酸 ,总氨基酸含量梅花鹿血高于发酵梅花鹿血酒 ,而各种游离氨基酸的含量 ,却是后者高于前者 ,且后者是前者的 3~ 1 0 3倍。
The paper dealt with the content of amino acid in the sika deer blood and the fermented sika blood spirits using model 835 50 high speed amino acid analyzer.It is proved that there are 17 kinds of amino acid,the content of total amino acid in the blood of sika deer is higher than fermented sika blood spirits.But the content of each free amino acid in the latter is 3 to 103 times higher than the former.
