摘要
为给苹果矮化砧木的筛选与鉴定提供依据 ,通过测定 10种苹果砧木枝条与叶片的解剖结构 ,发现 :不同矮化类型砧木枝条的材皮比范围为 2 0 5～ 3 2 9,材皮比与砧木的矮化程度呈显著负相关 ;SH系砧木随矮化程度的升高 ,导管占木质部的百分比及射线宽度变小 ;不同砧木叶片的栅栏组织厚度大于海绵组织厚度 ,极矮化砧木叶片的栅栏组织厚度大于矮化、半矮化砧木的栅栏组织厚度 ;
The paper studied the shoots and leaves anatomic structures of 10 apple dwarf stocks. The testing results showed that the ratios between wood and bark of stock shoot were between 2 05～3 29. The correlation analysis indicated that the ratios between wood and bark of stocks shoot were significantly related to the dwarf abilities of stocks. The percentage of trachea in xylem and the width of radial were also related to the dwarf abilities of SH stocks. The anatomic structures of stock leaves showed that palisade were thicker than spongy. The palisade of very dwarfing stock was thicker than that of dwarf and semi-dwarf stocks. The ratio of palisade/spongy was related to the dwarf ablity of stocks.
