摘要
以菌丝生长速率和长势为指标,探讨了6种碳源、6种氮源和7种无机盐对瑞克纤孔菌菌丝体生长的影响,同时进行子实体培养。结果表明,瑞克纤孔菌菌丝体生长的最适碳源为麦芽糖,最适氮源为硝酸铵,7种无机盐对菌丝体的生长没有促进作用;固体培养能够形成如野生标本样的无性子实体,首次培养出有性子实体。
The different carbon sources, nitrogen sources and mineral salts on the growth of mycelia of lnonotus rickii was studied with the growth rate and vigor of mycelia as the index. Meanwhile, the fruit- ing body was cultivated. The result indicated that the optimum carbon source was maltose and the opti- mum nitrogen source was ammonium nitrite, but the mineral salts had no promotion effect on the myce- lia growth. The asexual and sexual fruiting bodies could form in the solid medium and the sexual fruit- ing bodies had not been found in the wild.
