不同人工饲料对舞毒蛾幼虫生长发育的影响 被引量:3

摘要 选择3种舞毒蛾Lymantria dispar L.人工饲料(饲料A,B,C),并以108杨为对照,研究不同人工饲料对舞毒蛾生长发育和存活的影响。结果表明,舞毒蛾体重、发育历期以及存活率与所取食饲料种类有明显相关性。综合存活率、幼虫体重、发育速率以及饲养成本等因素,在供试范围内,作者自行配制的饲料C喂饲的舞毒蛾存活率最高、体重最重、发育速率最快,与对照无显著差异,其次为饲料B。饲料C成本最为低廉,因此最佳舞毒蛾人工饲料为饲料C。 Influence of artificial diets on the development and survival of Lymantria dispar was studied with 3 artificial diets and Populus euramericana as the control. The results showed there were signifi- cant differences in the body weight, development duration and survival rate among the individuals fed on different artificial diets. Among the 3 diets, diet C prepared by the author was the best and the cost of diet C was the lowest, which indicated that diet C was the best artificial diet for L. dispar.
