摘要 在实验室内进行清管实验时需要检测清管器的速度。根据电磁感应原理研制了清管器速度检测装置。在清管器上安装磁源,在实验管道外部安装检测装置,清管器通过装置时有感应电压产生。通过检测感应电压以确定清管器通过检测装置的时刻。实验结果表明,该方法能够准确地检测清管器的通过时刻。该方法反应灵敏、受外界干扰较小、费用低廉、对管道中的流动无影响,适用于实验室常用的各种材质的管道。 The speed of the pig needs to be tested while doing the pigging experiment in the laboratory. Based on the electromagnetic induction principle, a device is designed and made to detect the speed of pig. Induced voltage would appear in the moment of the pig going through the device by the magnetic source installed on the pig and the testing device installed in the external pipeline. The moment of the pig going through the testing device would be determined by the induction voltage. The experimental results show that the method can accurately detect the time of pig going through. This method responses sensitively with less interference, and is cheap and no effect on the flow. It is suitable for many kinds of pipes used by the laboratory.
