实训实战实体融合 打造高职卓越技能人才

Fusion of practical training,competition and entity to forster higher vocational talents with excellent skills

针对高职院校工科类专业高阶学生培养过程中普遍存在的一些问题,分析了产生的原因,结合笔者所在系部的成功经验,提出了针对高阶学生的人才培养模式:以卓越班为载体,实训实战实体相融合。由校、企双方双导师共同分阶段指导学生进行项目实践,以充分锻炼学生的职业能力、工程能力和创新能力,突破卓越技能人才孵育瓶颈,使潜质学生真正转换为卓越技能人才。

Aiming at some problems existed in the process of cultivating high-grade students of engineering majors in higher vocational colleges, the reasons are analyzed. Based on the successful experience of the author＇ s department, a new effective training mode is presented, which is fusing practical training, competition and entity with excellent class as the carrier. Under this new mode, the project practice is guided by dual-tutor from school and enterprises together, so the occupation ability and engineering and innovation ability of students can be fully trained. As a result, students with potential ability can be trained to excellent talents by the breakthrough of incubation bottleneck.
