基于教育视角浅析我国人力资本现状

Analysis on the status quo of China's Human Capital from the perspective of Education

本文在区分人力资本存量与人力资本投资两个概念的基础上,试图从教育视角实证分析两者分别对我国经济增长的贡献,从理论和现实角度均得出人力资本对我国经济增长具有巨大推动作用的结论,进而对我国人力资本的开发、投资与管理提出一些看法与建议。

This paper has distinguished the two concepts of human capital and human capital investment, trying to empirically analyze their contributions to the economic growth in China based on the educational perspective. From the view of theory and reality,we have concluded that human capital has a huge role in promoting economic growth of our country,and then to put forward some views and suggestions about the development, investment and management of human capital in our country.
