摘要
日本是发达国家中进入老龄化最晚但发展速度最快的国家,为了解决老龄化造成的压力,日本政府及相关部门很早就开始了对老龄人力资源利用的研究与实践,并逐渐形成了一整套政策措施。本研究试图通过对日本老龄人力资源就业结构的分析,为我国的老龄人力资源开发利用提供借鉴与参考。
As the aging of the fastest growing countries in the world, the Japanese society is facing severe challenges.In order to solve the negative effects brought by the aging ,the Japanese government and relevant departments have long begun to study and practice the use of aging human resources.This study attempts to reference for Japan' s aging human resources employment structure analysis,human resources development and utilization of China's aging.
