摘要
在新媒体时代我国传媒不仅面临数字化转型,而且正经历着深刻的体制变革——转企改制。传媒企业迫切需要建构新的组织能力体系,并将管理的重心转向"知识和能力"。传媒企业必须明确组织现在和未来发展所需要的能力,在对组织已有能力进行考核与管理的同时,对组织还没具有的能力进行培育,最终建构起具有持续竞争优势的核心能力体系。
In the new media era, China's media confronts not only a digitization transition, but also a profound system reform--conversion into enterprises. Media entrepreneurs have a pressing need to construct a new system of organizational capacity and to shift the management focus to "knowledge and ability". Media entrepreneurs must pin down the indispensable ability for current and future develop- ments, evaluate and supervise the ability which has achieved and cultivate the ability which is absent but integral, in order to construct a system of core organizational capacity to guarantee sustaining competitive advantages.
