企业"走出去"不仅能够带动贸易规模提升和结构优化,更能够促进贸易主体的多元化发展,对推进上海国际贸易中心建设具有重要的现实意义。目前上海已经具备推动企业"走出去"的有利条件,但也存在诸多不利因素。需要从投资行业、投资区位方面给予企业科学的引导,并着力搭建"两个平台",培育和集聚本土跨国公司。

To promote foreign trade development by way of outward foreign direct investment （OFDI） is of great significance for building Shanghai international trade center. Shanghai has a number of favorable conditions on develop OFDI, however, there are still some unfavorable factors. For the purpose of accelerating the process of building Shanghai international trade center by encouraging Chinese enterpr/ses to invest abroad, the government should give sufficient guidance on the industry and location choice of investment, and focus on the construction of ＂Two Platforms＂ to cultivate and cluster native multinational corporations.
