内蒙古农地资源战略集约利用研究

Strategical Study on Intensive Use of Agricultural Land Resources in Inner Mongolia

内蒙古特有的区域位置和自然条件,决定了其在全国生态建设中的重要地位,农地资源的科学布局和合理利用,更是优化区域生态功能的基础.以内蒙古农地资源生态效益最大化为目标,根据区域自然条件,着重分析农地类型交叉布局所带来的相互制约生态功能发挥的矛盾,探讨农地资源低效利用存在问题及其主因,从而提出内蒙古农地资源生态较优前提下的战略结构和布局,探索规模化高效发展的集约利用模式.

Inner Mongolia plays an important role in the national ecological construction due to its specific area location and natural conditions. Scientific layout and the rational utilization of the agricultural land resource are the bases for the optimization of regional ecological function. Accord- ing to the regional natural conditions, the contradiction of the mutually restrained ecological function display was emphatically analyzed by cross layout of the types of agricultural land. The problems and the main reasons for the inefficient use of the agricultural land resources were investigated. Then,the strategic structure and layout were put foreword under the better prerequisite for the re- source ecology of Inner Mongolia agricultural land.
