摘要
制备了改性SiO2气凝胶,考察了经不同类型、不同配比的改性剂改性的SiO2气凝胶对模拟含Fe3+废水的吸附处理效果。实验结果表明:改性SiO2气凝胶的最佳制备条件为三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)作改性剂,V(TMCS)∶V(正己烷)=1∶5;当改性SiO2气凝胶加入量为75 g/L、吸附时间为4 h、Fe3+质量浓度为10 mg/L时,模拟含Fe3+废水的Fe3+去除率为98.32%,剩余Fe3+质量浓度为0.168 mg/L;采用改性SiO2气凝胶动态吸附处理流量为420 mL/h、Fe3+质量浓度为100 mg/L的模拟含Fe3+废水,吸附后废水中剩余Fe3+质量浓度仅为0.196 mg/L。
The modified SiO2 aerogels were prepared and the effects of the SiO2 aerogels modified by the modifiers with different type and proportion on the treatment of Fe3+-containing wastewater were studied. The optimum preparation conditions for the modified SiO2 aerogel are as follows: using trimethylchlorosilane(TMCS) as modifier, V(TMCS) : V(n-hexane)=1 : 5. When the modified SiO2 aerogel dosage is 75 g/L, the adsorption time is 4 h and the Fe3+ mass concentration is 10 mg/L, the highest Fe3+ removal rate from the simulated Fe3+-containing wastewater is 98.08%, the lowest residual Fe3+ mass concentration is 0.168 mg/L. When the modified SiO2 aerogel is used in the dynamic adsorption of Fe3+ in the simulated wastewater with 420 mL/h of flow rate and 100 mg/L of Fe3+ mass concentration, the residual Fe3+ mass concentration of the treated wastewater is only 0.196 mg/L.
