摘要
采用溶胶凝胶-燃烧法合成了Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu2+∶Dy3+长余辉发光材料。研究结果表明:溶液的PH值对成胶影响较大,当PH值控制在2~3之间时,才能形成稳定的溶胶。实验结果表明,当点火温度600℃,在还原气氛中,900℃煅烧1h以内可以得到发光性能较好的Sr2MgSi2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+发光材料。通过激发和发射光谱分析,发光材料的激发峰分别位于356nm和373nm处,发射峰位于460nm处,出现一定的蓝移。
Sr2MgSi2O7 : Eu^2+,Dy^3+ long afterglow phosphor was prepared by sol-gel-combustion method. The results show that the pH of the solution has a significant impact on the formation of sol. In order to form a stable sol, the pH must be controlled at between 2 and 3.Then it could get better performance of Sr2MgSi2O7 : Eu^2+,Dy^3+ light-emitting materials, when the ignition temperature was at 600 ℃ , and the calcination temperature was at 900 ℃ for less than 1 hour with in a reducing atmosphere. The excitation and emission spectra of the materials were showing that the excitation peaks were at 356 nm and 373 nm, and the emission peak was at 460 nm with a little blue shift.
