摘要
以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为基体,以Cu、Mn修饰γ-Al2O3为载体,以AgO为活性组分制备了AgO/CuO-MnO2-γ-Al2O3/蜂窝陶瓷。运用SEM、BET等方法进行了表征;运用抑菌圈法、滴下法、冰箱放置法等方法测试了其杀菌性能,该陶瓷抑菌圈法形成抑菌圈,滴下法灭菌率99.9%,达冰箱放置法灭菌率达92.5%。
Taking cordierite honeycomb ceramics as matrix, Cu, Mn modified γ-Al2O3 as carrier, taking AgO as the active component, we prepared the AgO/CuO-MnO2-γ-Al2O3/honeycomb ceramic. The disinfect honeycomb ceramic of silver was characterized by SEM and BET. Using the inhibition zone method, dropping method, refrigerator placed method to analyze its antibacterial properties. The results show that it forms inhibition zone in the inhibition zone method , the sterilization rate in dropping method reached 99.9% and 92.5% in refrigerator placed method.
