摘要
采用聚丙烯酸钠为分散剂,获得分散性好、悬浮性稳定的氧化铝陶瓷浆料。分析了聚丙烯酸钠的添加量对氧化铝陶瓷浆料粘度的影响,以及固相含量对成坯时间、脱模性能、坯体收缩等性能的影响。认为浆料的固相含量不同,对注浆的工艺性能有一定差异,宜根据实际生产需要灵活选用。
Using sodium polyacrylate as dispersant, acquired good dispersibility, suspension stability of alumina ceramic slurry, analyzed the influence of sodium polyacrylate's amount to viscosity of alumina ceramic slurry , and influence of solid content on the billet formation rate ,demoulding performance and body contraction performance. Think of different solid content of slurry have certain differences to grouting process performance , so we should be selected according to actual production need.
