吉州窑木叶天目瓷制作中叶纹形成的影响因素探析

Analysis on the Influential Factors of Leaf Pattern Formation during the Process of Making Jizhou Leaf Temmoku

本实验通过对宋代木叶天目釉瓷标本的X射线荧光光谱分析,综合相关文献资料,采用常用矿物原料,按照传统制瓷工艺,再现了吉州木叶天目釉瓷的新貌,得到了较好的效果。针对木叶的选择和处理及釉层厚度、烧成温度等工艺因素对形成清晰叶纹及呈色的影响,探析叶纹的内在形成机理。

This experiment analyzes X ray fluorescence of Song Dynasty leaf Temmoku glaze porcelain speciments,colligates literature data,reproduces the Jizhou Temmoku glaze porcelain of new leaves by using common mineral raw materials and tile traditional production process ,and good experiment is obtained in the experiment. Aiming at the leaf selection and treatment ,the thickness of the glaze,firing temperature and other process factors＇ influence on the formation of clear leaf pattern and color, and analyze the formation mechanism of leaf pattern.
