Relation of Literature and History From Postmodernism View

文史关系历来是学界研究的重点,关系到历史创作的基本方法和史料选用。近代以降,对文学的史学性探讨日益受到重视。梁启超等史家对文史关系做出了诸多阐释,开启了史学创作的新天地。细究其互涉关系,文学可补史学不足,史学离不开一定的文学创作方法。而在后现代视角下,文学还为历史改革提供了可供批判的新范式;在文化再生产和意识形态生产中,也相辅相成。

Literature-history relation has always been an academic focus, which impacts methodology and material chosen and creation of history. The history value of literature is a hot issue lately. LIANG Qichao as well as other historians have made many theories upon the rela- tion of literature and history and thus make a new vision for the creation of history writing. The essence of the relation is that literature makes a good complement for history and history writing needs literary skills. From the view of postmodernism, literature also provide a new paradigm for history reform. In addition, they are also complementary for cultural reproduction and ideological reproduction.
