General Description of The Application of Wet Limestone/Lime-Gypsum Desulphuration Technology

湿法石灰石 /石灰 -石膏脱硫技术具有脱硫效率高 ,设备运行可靠性好的显著优点 ,是一种较成熟的脱硫技术。本文对湿法石灰石 /石灰 -石膏脱硫技术应用情况进行介绍 ,并对影响系统运行的几个主要方面如增加气液接触的措施、除湿装置优化设计、控制氧化技术和产生腐蚀原因及防腐措施作了技术综述 。

Wet limestone/lime gypsum desulphuration technology has the significant advantages of high efficiency and reliable operation,and it is a kind of well proven technology.This paper made an introduction to the application of wet limestone/lime gypsum desulphuration technology,and made a general description from the main aspects influencing the system operation,such as steps to improve the contact between air and liquid,optimized design of dehumidifying unit,oxidization control technique,causes for erosion and preventive measures,etc.At last,a general evaluation of wet desulphuration technology is given in this paper
