黄酮类化合物是具有多种药理作用的植物次生代谢产物,广泛存在于中草药中,由于其具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化及抗菌等活性,日益受到国内外学者的关注。为了更好地开发和利用其资源,综述了近年来黄酮类化合物提取工艺、药理作用、合成及临床应用等方面的研究进展。

Flavonoid is a kind of secondary metabolite of plants with many pharmacological effects, which is widely distributed in almost all Chinese herbal medicine. With its anti - tumor anti - bacterial and antioxidant func- tion, it has drawn an increasing attention from scholars both at home and abroad. For better development and utiliza- tion of its resources, the study summarizes the extraction process, pharmacological effects, synthesis and clinical ap- plication of flavonoids.
