摘要
为探明葡萄的自毒物质对羟基苯甲酸在土壤中的动态变化,采用盆栽避雨方式,以贝达(Vitis.riparia×Vitis.labrusca Beta)葡萄扦插苗为试材,在栽植葡萄土壤和未栽植葡萄土壤中施入0.5(A1)、1.0(A2)、2.0(A3)mg·g^(-1)的对羟基苯甲酸。结果表明:0.5mg·g^(-1)对羟基苯甲酸处理促进葡萄生长,而其他两个处理抑制葡萄生长。A1和A2处理分别在36h和48h达到吸附平衡,吸附率分别为99.98%和99.99%。A3处理在72h仍未达到吸附平衡。除A1处理外,在有或无种植葡萄的土壤中,对羟基苯甲酸含量持续降低,A1处理在种植葡萄土壤中含量逐渐升高,在未种植葡萄土壤中表现为先降低后升高是趋势。土壤对对羟基苯甲酸有很强的吸附能力,21d时其在土壤中的残留量还未达到毒害作用。
In order to clear the dynamic variation of autotoxic material-p-hydroxybenzoic acid in soil,pot seedling of Beta (Vitis.riparia×Vitis.labrusca cv.) under rain-shelter conditions was planted with p-hydroxybenzoic acid at 0.5 mg·g-1 (A1),1 mg·g-1 (A2),2 mg· g-1 (A3).The results showed that low concentration p-hydroxybenzoic acid could improve grape growth,development and vice versa.The adsorption equilibrium appeared at 36h and 48h in 0.5 mg· g-1 and 1 mg· g-1,and with adsorption rate of 99.98% and 99.99% respectively.The highest concentration was not reached adsorption equilibrium at 72h.Except A1 treatment,p-hydroxybenzoic content consistently decreased under grape seedling cultivation or no grape seedling cultivation.p-hydroxybenzoic content of A1 treatment under grape seedling cultivation gradually increased,and that of A1 treatment under no grape seedling cultivation decreased first and increased subsequently.Soil has a strong ability of absorbing p-hydroxybenzoic acid,the cumulative dose of p-hydroxybenzoic acid in 21d did not achieve poison level.
