摘要
针对变量施肥系统因土壤平整度、机车行进速度等因素变化,导致施肥轮转速不稳定,影响施肥效果的问题,在传统PID控制器的基础上,设计了电控机械无级变速机构(CVT)变量施肥系统模糊自整定PID控制器。采用MATLAB/Simulink仿真,对比传统PID和模糊自整定PID系统的阶跃信号响应和脉冲干扰信号响应,结果表明:模糊自整定PID控制器在响应速度、超调量及抑制干扰能力等方面均优于传统PID,并通过试验进一步验证控制效果。
When the rotational speed of fertilizer wheels changes because of soil flatness and locomotive moving velocity,it would influence fertilizer precision of Variable Rate Fertilization system.On the basis of the conventional PID controller,fuzzy PID controller was designed for the electronic control mechanical continuously variable transmission (CVT) Variable Rate Fertilization system.Step and pulse interference response curve were acquired by using MATLAB/Simulink.The results showed that fuzzy-PID control was better than the conventional PID in response speed,overshoots and interference suppression ability.The control effect was werified.
