摘要
为了研究氨态氮对甲烷菌活性的抑制作用,采用批式发酵方式,以来源于阴沟污泥、牛粪、猪粪和玉米秸秆的厌氧活性污泥为发酵原料,考察不同的氨态氮浓度对于不同来源的厌氧污泥活性的影响。结果表明:氨态氮对甲烷菌活性的抑制随发酵原料不同,抑制作用也有所不同;4种厌氧污泥的VSS去除率和最大比甲烷速率在0.05的水平下成显著线性相关,而氨态氮去除率和最大比甲烷速率的相关性不显著。
The inhibition concentration of ammonium on activity of methanogenic bacteria was investigated through batch model,the fermentation raw materials were anaerobic sludge from sewer sludge,cow manure,pig manure and corn straw.The effect of different ammonium concentrations on the different sources of anaerobic sludge activity.The results indicated that for the inhibition of methanogenic bacteria activity,with the fermentation raw material different,the inhibition concentrations of ammonium.The VSS reduction and the cumulative yield of methane showed a significant linear correlation at p =0.05 level,However,the correlation of ammonium reduction and cumulative yield of methane was not significant.
